Information on the essential session cookies used to authenticate and secure the VelOros workspace.
1. Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how VelOros Founder OS uses cookies and browser storage technologies. Founder OS is a private internal workspace for three founders. We maintain a minimal, strictly necessary approach to cookies.
We do not deploy advertising cookies, tracking beacons, behavioral trackers, or third-party marketing tools.
2. What Cookies We Use
Founder OS uses only strictly necessary cookies essential to authenticate founders and maintain secure communication between your browser and our backend:

Access tokens expire in 1 hour and refresh automatically during active use; the session cookie is removed upon sign-out. |

3. Technologies We Do NOT Use
Based on our code and backend architecture, Founder OS:
- Does not use analytics cookies: We have not installed Google Analytics, PostHog, Mixpanel, or any visitor tracking scripts.
- Does not use advertising or marketing cookies: No social media pixels, retargeting tags, or advertising identifiers are present.
- Does not use tracking storage: We do not store behavioral or cross-site tracking profiles in
localStorageorsessionStorage.
4. Managing and Disabling Cookies
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time via your browser preferences:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
- Apple Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
5. Cookie Consent Banners
Founder OS is an internal workspace restricted to authorized founders and uses only technical cookies required for authentication and session security. Because we do not deploy analytics, marketing scripts, or third-party tracking cookies, a consent banner is not currently implemented.
If non-essential cookies, telemetry, or analytics are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and consent requirements will be evaluated accordingly.
