VelOros Founder OSEffective: October 9, 2026

Terms of Use

Operational guidelines and mutual terms for the three founders collaborating within Founder OS.

1. Purpose of Founder OS

Founder OS is an internal startup workspace designed specifically for the three founders collaborating under the VelOros brand to organize projects, coordinate client relationships, track goals, manage operational assets, and plan meetings.

VelOros is an early-stage startup collaboration and is currently not a registered company or Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). Founder OS is not offered as a public commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. It is an internal workspace maintained strictly for and between its three founders.

These terms establish practical, shared expectations for using the workspace. They do not replace or override any statutory legal obligations that apply to the founders under applicable law. This document is dated October 9, 2026, and applies upon formal mutual agreement and adoption by all three founders.

2. Authorized Access & Credential Security

  • Closed Membership: Access to Founder OS is limited strictly to authorized founders. Public registration is permanently disabled.
  • Credential Confidentiality: Each founder is responsible for safeguarding their individual login credentials, utilizing a strong, unique password, and preventing unauthorized access to their account.
  • No Shared Accounts: Founder accounts must not be shared with external third parties, contractors, or unauthorized individuals.
  • Prompt Notification: If a founder suspects their credentials have been compromised, they must promptly notify the founding team to reset authentication tokens.

3. Appropriate Workspace Use

Founders agree to use the workspace responsibly by:

  • Entering only client, lead, vendor, or project information that the founders have a legitimate business right to hold and process.
  • Avoiding the unnecessary entry or storage of sensitive personal data, health information, government identifiers, or high-risk consumer records.
  • Respecting the shared data model: tasks, clients, resources, goals, and meetings are collaborative assets shared among all three founders for startup advancement.
  • Ensuring data entered is accurate and current, including renewal dates, client statuses, and project deadlines.

4. Confidentiality & Proprietary Information

All information stored within Founder OS—including client contacts, sales leads, pricing proposals, architectural roadmaps, strategic goals, resource credentials, and meeting notes—constitutes confidential business information of the VelOros venture.

Founders agree to maintain the confidentiality of this data and refrain from disclosing or exporting workspace records for personal gain or to competing ventures without the mutual agreement of the founding team. These mutual confidentiality terms reflect the shared operating principles among the three founders and require formal mutual adoption by Meban, Aron Lyndoh, and Damut Giri.

5. Founder Departure & Account Removal

In the event that a founder withdraws from the venture or ends their active involvement:

  • Their login access and authentication credentials will be revoked to protect workspace security.
  • Projects, tasks, client notes, resources, and shared records created during their participation remain part of the VelOros workspace to ensure ongoing operational continuity.
  • Personal profile information (such as private avatar photos and profile descriptions) may be removed upon request by emailing veloros26@gmail.com.

6. Availability & Service Limitations

Founder OS is provided on an internal “as-is” and “as-available” basis to support agile startup execution:

  • Uptime & Service Continuity: While we maintain Row Level Security policies, authenticated sessions, and stable code, Founder OS is an internal tool without a commercial Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
  • Data Backups: Automated backup schedules depend on the specific cloud provider tier and configuration. Because automated backup retention has not been independently verified for this project tier, the founders should periodically export database records and maintain independent backups of critical client documents and strategic files.
  • Infrastructure Dependency: Upstream cloud service interruptions or network outages may temporarily affect workspace accessibility.

7. Workspace Discontinuation & Evolution

The founders collectively reserve the right to modify features, migrate to new infrastructure, or sunset the Founder OS workspace as the venture grows or when adopting enterprise tooling upon formal incorporation.
